YUMSTR uses your location to show nearby YUMMAKERS and improve search accuracy. You control your location permissions at any time.
3. Messaging Data Disclosure
Messages sent through YUMSTR may be monitored for safety, fraud prevention, and policy compliance.
4. Data Usage Disclosure
Your information is used only for account management, booth activation, communication, and platform functionality. We do not sell your data.
5. Data Retention Disclosure
We retain your data only as long as necessary to operate your account and comply with legal requirements.
6. Refund Policy
All booth activation purchases are final and non-refundable.
7. Recurring Billing Disclosure
Monthly booth activations renew automatically until canceled.
8. Payment Processing Disclosure
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. YUMSTR does not store your payment information.
9. Platform Liability Disclaimer
YUMSTR is a platform connecting customers with independent YUMMAKERS. YUMSTR is not responsible for food preparation, safety, delivery, or accuracy of listings.
10. Food Safety Disclaimer
Food is prepared by independent YUMMAKERS. YUMSTR does not inspect kitchens or guarantee allergen-free preparation.
11. Allergen & Ingredient Disclaimer
Always check ingredients with the YUMMAKER. YUMSTR is not responsible for allergen exposure.
12. Cottage Food / Temporary Food Event Disclaimer
Some YUMMAKERS operate under local cottage food laws. Products may not be inspected by health authorities.
13. Illegal Activity Disclaimer
Any illegal activity, including selling prohibited items, results in immediate account removal.
14. Age Requirement Disclaimer
You must be at least 13 to use YUMSTR, and 18 to sell food.
15. User Responsibility Disclaimer
Users are responsible for verifying food safety, ingredients, and pickup/delivery arrangements.
16. YUMMAKER Responsibility Disclaimer
YUMMAKERS are responsible for accurate listings, safe food preparation, and compliance with local laws.
17. Customer Safety Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for verifying pickup locations and ensuring safe transactions.
18. Content Moderation Disclosure
YUMSTR may remove content or accounts that violate our policies.
19. Listing Accuracy Disclaimer
YUMMAKERS are responsible for keeping their menus, prices, and availability accurate.
20. Delivery & Pickup Disclaimer
Delivery and pickup are arranged directly between customers and YUMMAKERS. YUMSTR does not handle delivery.
21. Rating System Disclaimer
Ratings reflect customer opinions and do not represent YUMSTR's evaluation.
